Shipping / Returns
We make it our priority to get your shipments out the door and into your hands as quickly as possible. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business from the purchase date. All rates are subject to change.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking once your packaged is shipped. We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen or delayed by our shipping service.
Next Day orders must be processed by 12:00pm EST.
OUR SURFBOARD SHIPPING / RETURN POLICY:
If your surfboard arrives damaged due to shipping please contact the shipping company directly to start the claims process, then contact us at email@example.com or call us at 252 354 7175 with your order information and shipping claim number and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
You may return your surfboard if it does not meet you expectations. The surfboard must be in NEW (unridden, no wax, no traction) and exchanged/returned within 14 days of purchase date.
The customer is responsible for all shipping fees to return the board back to us and are also responsible for any damages that may occur on its return journey back to us.
In the rare chance that your surfboard is delivered to you with damages from shipping please follow these steps. Email firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of delivery describing your boards damages with pictures of the surfboard and cardboard box it arrived in. Do not discard any of the surfboard packing material until we resolve the issue. Please do not use your surfboard before contacting us regarding the damages. Once we review your surfboards situation we will provide a solution to taking care of your damaged surfboard.
Order your item(s) online and pick it up in store with no shipping charge.
ONLINE ORDER RETURN POLICY:
Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.
We accept returns for refund to your original form of payment when postmarked within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
Items with name brand tags attached must have the tags still attached to be eligible for return.
Items marked with Final Sale cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. For any questions, please contact email@example.com.
Items purchased at a discount of 30% or more are final sale and cannot be returned.
Items purchased at a discount of less than 30% will be returnable for online credit only.

Returns must be issued as credit to the original form of payment. If this is not possible, returns will be issued in the form of store credit.
If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.
Gift Cards, intimates, bathing suits, socks and Final Sale/Clearance category items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
IN STORE RETURN POLICY:
All sales are final, with no refunds being issued.
Exchanges will be issued for store credit only if item is in unused condition and still has all hang tags attached.
